[nubie] - how to use jquery ui

sorry to ask such lame question. but i'm new in using jquery so far. i
was looking for a tutorial that explain what should i do with all the
theme files i download from jquery ui theme roller. sorry to bother
you all, i hope someone can enlighten me here. thanks a million.
