One Interferring with another!

I have two different jquery funcation on my website and the both work by themselfs but for some reason that I can't figure out they don't work on the same page. Could someone please look at my website and tell me what my problem it?

There menu in using jquery and the "find a driver" button in the top right hand site. The menu drops while hovering above it and the "find a driver" drops down when you click on the orange up and down arrows!
