Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone knew of a tutorial or anything on how to create a "page loading" spinner or progress bar while the page is actually loading. My site looks pretty pathetic as it's loading and none of my jquery ui functions (like tabs) have completed rendering. (my site is php, so it takes a bit to load sometimes)
