Page scrolling to top of page before transition?

Page scrolling to top of page before transition?

Using JQuery Mobile, is there anyway to stop the page scrolling to the top before a slide transition?  

I am using JQuery 1.11.0 and JQM 1.4.2.

PS, Is this just a perculiarity when viewing on the desktop and fine on the device?
