Panel content disappears after closing

Panel content disappears after closing

Hi,

I´m building a phonegap app and when i close a panel and open it again the content disapears.
When i reload the page it´s back and when it isn´t visible i´m still able to touch the buttons so i think the opacity when to 0 or something.

I only have this problem on the galaxy note 2, does anyone have a solution for this?
