Panel Push Android

I'm using the latest JQM, 1.3.1 with the latest Cordova/Phonegap, jQuery 1.9.1. The new panel widget works great on IOS, but it doesn't push the content on Android, just overlays the header over the panel content. The fixed header content isn't pushed left like it's supposed to. Anybody else seeing this? I've tried all of the suggestions. Seeing this in the emulator and my Samsung Galaxy II.
