Panel widget not working when using footer
I followed every detailed instruction for the panel widget, but it doesn't work correctly or it doesn't work at all when using a footer. While experimenting with the panel code, everything works when there's no footer. But as soon as I put the footer back in, I cannot open the panel when clicking. I tried rearranging the order of the header, content, footer, and panel code per instructions on the panel page of the site. Something is not right here, or it's buggy, or the demo code isn't correct. Can anyone help???
