Persistant Footer in Alpha 4

Hi Guys,


Currently I'm struggling with some issues on an persistant footer.

I rewrote some of the css of jQuery mobile to implement a two column page for tablets.

Works fine so far, but when i add data-id to my pages to make the footer persistant, i starts after the first page transition to add the style Top:0px.

Can anybody tell me where to find this line of code?
