Please help me create this scrolling effect

Can anybody help me with how to create that kind of scrolling effect as he did? I mean i did create scrolling effect but the way he is scrolling image that is going into tunnel and coming out and it looks as though the image is running i have no idea what he must have done. It looks very cool. If anybody can point me to some link where i can get help i will be very grateful.
