Plug in advice

This is my first post and I hope this is the right place for it. I'm after a plugin that behaves the same as used in the following site http://sdrme.cal24.pl/ante/ under the portfolio section. Selecting the Filter projects moves the images around based on it's category. Any advice would be welcome?
