popup pushing divs down

I have added a popup in the footer of the following site to link to related subsites: http://www.s239458307.websitehome.co.uk

Unfortunately when the popup appears it seems to push the copyright div down.

I would really appreciate any help or suggestions as to what I am doing wrong. Thanks
