Hello to all

My problem is that i was looking for something but i couldnt find it , i found similar stuff but i am not that good enough to make it like i want. I am looking for JQuery Popup Window like this on the Attachemnts ( This is little bit not good made , missing the black over the Popup ) I was looking for something like this 2-3 Hours and could find. Can anyone help me find something like this to popup when you open the website?

I need that because i have one school project and i though it will be good to put one Advertisement for Saving Fuel Tires ( For Global Warming ) But i wanted to look exactly like this.

P.S. If u dont understand something that might be cause i dont speak english perfect , please ask :)
