Probelm With Jquery

Hi guys i'm mark and i started writing in jquery.
I'm totally noob on this argument but i starting study on book,tutorial on internet etc.

I have this problem i create a modal to delete user into my personal db but the delete link appear only in the first row of the table of user,i try everything but i can't find the right way :(

i hope somebody can tell me how is the best way to resolve my problem...
