Problem after ajax.

Hello All. I am using Jquery and working with ajax of this. I am trying to use the $.post function of the jquery It is working quite good. but the problem start after ajax done. it lose events of the jquery. suppose a table was working with sorting. It does not sorting after the ajax is done. Please help me on this.
