I am not sure this is the correct place for me to post this issue or not. Please rename the following attachment to .html so that you can try out the example. When i drag the divider (element) it will resize the left and right content size (*all size and position left is in %). But when i drag the outer element in IE until certain width (lets say less than 10%), inner divider would not move accordingly in IE. Hope that I can get help here.
