Im in trouble to work around with slide effect from right to left on a div and thats fine

but when i toggle to hide the div with effect slide and work, but show the top of the div and dont slide out in scroll div position... anyone can help ?

exemple if i use bounce work fine in any position of div scroll if i use toggle or hide jump to top of the div then slide... what i want was slide out show div in scroll actual position.
