Problem with easing in IE

Hello all

I've made this website for a friend and the main problem I'm having is that the right vertical menu I made using 'easing' doesn't work in IE. Can anyone suggest where may have made a bit of a stuff up that might cure this problem? Grr I hate IE. I'm very new to jquery but think it's great btw
