Problem with iOS 4 and fixed toolbar

Hey, I've been struggeling a bit with getting the fixed toolbars to work with iOS 4. From what I've found i can add the  jquery.mobile.fixedToolbar.polyfill.js and the  jquery.mobile.fixedToolbar.polyfill.css right after my other imports. This however just wont work..Am I missing something important here? I am running the newest version of jquery, 1.8.2 and jquery mobile 1.2.0.
