when i look at inspect elements it comes up with this

can someone please help as im loosing sleep and clients as they cannot sign up or in 

there is a secondary problem which comes up with this warning 

jquery-2.2.3.min.js?ver=2.2.3:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: .check_avalability, .property_menu_wrapper_hidden a[href*=#]:not([href=#])

I do not know enough about sript or code to fix it and i do not know how to reset the theme to factory reset this would be a last resort because of clients details etc
