Problem with malsup form plugin and IE8

Hello,

I recently updated my script to use jQuery 1.4.2 and malsup form plugin 2.43. I was previously using versions 1.3.2 and 2.24, respectively. I'm having problems now with forms that have a file upload field. IE8 is prompting to download the json response from the server. Everything works fine when there is no file upload field. No problems, with or without a file upload field, in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.

Have you guys ran into this problem?
