Problem With Menu if ' is in the menu url.

I have an issue where links (href:// has an ' in it) everything locks up.. for example

<li><a href="/PA/Pittsburgh_The_Widget's_Company-2542/Latest_News.html"

>Press</a></li>

in the actual URL it has a ' in it and nothing happens.

This is nothing I can change because it is based on the business

name. Any suggestions on how to handle this?
