Problem with sortables

When I have 2 lists with some elements in both of them(same as in the
example on the JQuery UI site) and if I drop all the list items from
one list to another I can't move them backwards?
For example my second list by default should be empty - and if it is
empty I can't drop anything there.
Is there a workaround this issue?
