Problem with star rating plugin

I have a review page where I have one star rating to rate a product (this works fine) and also many display only ratings from previous reviews, my problem is that only the first display only rating is working, even though each set of radio buttons has a unique name

Is it possible to have more than one display only rating on a page?

I am using version 3.12 of this plugin, as I've been using it for a long time on a website.

Now I am developing a new website which is using jquery version 1.7.1 - I would try updating the plugin but don't know what version is compatible with this version of jquery. I tried the latest version of the plugin, but got lots of errors and then noticed it was using jquery version 1.9.1
