Problematic Pufferfish

I did a search for this, but I couldn't find the answer I was looking for.

I am using the DragonLabs-Style Pufferfish Nav Menu for a website I'm designing and I'm having some problems with the CSS Rollovers when I include the javascript to enable the pufferfish - they get all wonky and off kilter in browsers other than Safari 4.
