PROBLEMS WITH LOADING OF INTERFACE

hi friends i developed n app with jquery nd phongap...its working well , but i have a little problem. sometimes when i open the app it shows me plane text ,links ,image but has no jquery mobile interface layout, so i need to use a little network connection to make the interface appear...please does any one have a solution that becase i want my app to be used offline /online?
