puff affects images inside puffed div

if you have a look here : www.sebastiencouture.com/testsite and go to "readings", click on one of the books there and then click "return to site", you'll see what im dealing with here. each time it puffs, all the images in the site except that little red book cover get messed up.. even the pic of me in "about me" dissapears.

any idea what could be causing this problem?
