Hello everybody I'm new here and first time posting so go easy on me. ^_^

Super Sized <--- This is the slider with code.

Alright here the issue I want to put this slider on my website but as you can see it really big. So I will have to make it smaller so it will fit. I wanted to know how can I make it small but still look good. Like in a PHP block or something with in a portal / CMS system. Now I would like to combine different elements with another slider here down the road but first thing first. My bottom line goal is to get something similar to this website. Now I do have pretty good knowledge of HTML and medium knowledge of CSS, but zero knowledge of jQuery stuff. So if any of you could help me out on how to understand this more would thank you a lot.
