Im calling an ajax program through the $.ajax method.

The ajax program is within the the same domain, but attempts communication with the paypal server. A cross-domain call.

Would this be considered a cross-domain call? Should I be calling the same-domain program with the jsonp data-type?

Im getting a apache 500 error but cant determine why. Both program are terminating normally. And I can prove it ...
