Quick question ... what does '.map' mean in the filename? Ex: jquery.mobile-1.4.5.min.map

Is it essential to include it?

Also, the W3C Schools demos are fantastic but they don't say which demos use which CSS files.  That's not too horrible -- I'll just play around and see what does what.
