question: scrollbar manipulation or Iframe custom shape
So I'm basically trying to create an iframe that is not square/
rectangular. I doubt it is possible, but I wanted to ask anyway. here
is an image depicting my goal.

alternatively, i wonder if it is possible to achieve this by using an
image overlay (to create the slant) and somehow shrink the scrollbar
so that it is not covered by the overlay (using slider perhapes?).
