I have a 3 rows of radio buttons with the last two items disabled.  Is it possible when a button is pressed to uncheck any checked items but to maintain the state of the two disabled buttons?

For example on rows 1,2,3 they would all become unchecked bar the 1st and 2nd button in each row.
