This also brings up the issue of how to transition out some of the features
in common usage, like macros. The question of whether something is removed
from 1.1 is different than whether it's undocumented/deprecated but still
present. A method like .submit() or .unload() might still be in 1.1 but
targeted to be moved to a plugin by 1.5 for example.
