i'm new to jquery can you please help on how to get this done

based on the tab selected by the user system should load data form text or js file

for example if user selects tab a should read from the txt file and load the table 

text file 

tab1

      

column1 : value for column1 

column 2: value for column 2

Any help on this is highly appreciated
