Refresh Datepicker

I currently am using a datepicker and the beforeShowDay: to set the
css of vertian dates via a webservice.
I have a dropdown on the same page that will change what days need to
styled.
Is there a way to Refresh the days.
And make the dp loop thru another set or beforeShowDay's on each
visible day.+
