I was wondering there was a plug-in or if somebody could direct to a script that mimics this page.

When the user selects the "Subcribe" button (beside RSS), the form drops down, validates email and once the form is sent, the entire section is replaced with a thank you message.  I need the exact same thing for a page I'm building.  Can anybody direct me to a script, tutorial, plug-in or where I can learn how to do this.
