Reloading AJAX tabs content on thickbox close

Hi,
i've searched a lot about a way to reload the content of my AJAX tabs when i close a thickbox.
I could use the .reload() way but if i have a form in my box, the browser ask about resending data ( not really nice for visitor)...
I didn't find a solution for reloading the content of an AJAX tab, maybe too young in Jquery using....
If someone could light my way, would be nice.
