Remove dotted border from selected tabs

I downloaded the darkness theme and loaded the index page in FF. When I select a tab, I notice that there is a border around the tab that is dotted and rectangular. While IE does not support the moz-rounded corners, it at least does not show this pesky border. How do I get rid of this in FF? I have attached an image showing the border around the tab.
