Remove tab after submitting the form on that Tab

Remove tab after submitting the form on that Tab

I have 2 tabs and i create one more tab dynamically. Once i submit the form on the newly created tab , i want to remove the tab and select the first tab with the updated list which is affected by last submit. But when i try to remove tab ..my form on that tab  doesn't submit. any help is appreciated.
