Resizable ghost


Hi,
resizables with "ghost" enabled doesn't work well. The problem is the
size calculation when the node that should be resized has a padding. I
tried to fix the root cause of the problem, but the resizable code is
too complex for me to understand all side effects a change might have.
Therefore it's more like a hot-fix:

The resizing is quite slow, therefore most JavaScript libraries only
display a border when resizing. I'd like to to see an option that has a
border like "animate:true" but without the animation.
