Responsive pages in jquerymobile

Hi

i'm using jquerymobile, html , css and phonegap to build an app for android.

i have a problem :

when i run it on small devices for example 3.5 inch, everything is ok
but when i run it on bigger devices the page will not sterech and fit to device's height and width...
And on even bigger screens like tablets i have alot of white space

so what should i do to fit my app to every device to width and hieght??
