Can anybody help with rotated images in Chrome/Chromium?

When draggable image is rotated and image goes beyond browser window I can not hold scrollbar for page scrolling. Instead scrolling dragging event starts. Problem is on Windows and Linux with both vertical and horizontal scrollbars.
