jQuery Mobile 1.3.0

I want a script to run EVERY SINGLE time a page is shown, including the homepage and every other page on the site. 

Please tell me exactly what code I need and where to put it on the page. I have been trying to figure this out for a week, and I'm getting sick of jQuery mobile and it's quirks.
