Something odd is happening. After I click an option, not using rel='external', when I click any other link I get a quick screen flash after the transition.

I have tried everything I know to eliminate it, narrow it down to no avail. It does not happen 100% of the time but it is just annoying when it does.

Can anyone help me eliminate this flash?
