Screen Scraper in jquery?

Hi,
I'm building a website regarding hurricanes, and I need a way to extract the text in the NHC's Tropical Weather outlook (http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/gtwo_atl.shtml) and then have it pasted into my website.

I have only limited knowledge of javascript, but I am proficient in HTML & CSS.

Any help is appreciated,
