Scriptcam not sending videos via FTP
Hi guys,
Sorry if I make any mistakes posting here, this is my first time
I have setup Scriptcam on my website using their record video demo ( http://www.scriptcam.com/demo_2.cfm ).
Everything is working fine apart from the files are not being sent to my FTP server
I have verified the domain as per their requirements with a HTML file successfully and have also successfully setup the FTP credentials and path for saved videos. This is confirmed as scriptcam uploads a temp.txt file to the correct folder.
However no videos seem to ever get to the folder.
I know that scriptcam offer no support, email address or forum whatsoever, so was wondering whether anyone had this issue or knows of any solution
