on my dev website (not in production), the scroll event of jQuery seems to be deactivated.

on this one, the map should be loaded when scrolling to bottom of the page

and it should scroll to bottom when clicking on the blue button on top right cornet

on this one, the map on the right should be sticked at the bottom of the viewport when scroll

All plugins and my functions using scroll events don't work anymore.

It worked some days ago but I can't remember when it happens
