I used fixed headers and footers for my jquery-mobile based site (  http://www.dollsofindia.com ). If you open this site in any mobile browser and try to scroll up, you will find it gets stuck on the first swipe upwards. After this, this the header occupies the top position over the address bar and only then, when you scroll up again, does the page scroll below the header. The same happens when you scroll back down. When the header and footer are made non-fixed, this problem goes away but then I need the header and footer to be fixed.

I checked other sites with fixed headers/footers but this problem does not occur there. Could someone please point me to a possible solution. I googled for the whole of last week or so but could not find a solution.
