I'm looking for a way to replace the scrollbar function, with something like the mouseover function here.

Found the UI  'y-axis' capability, but still not clear how to activate scrolling from another element, and by a different event, like mouseover, rather than pressing.  ( 'Helpers' don't seem to be relevant. )

Ok, I can drag by pressing, that's a start.

 managed to combine UI drag with dyn-web's scrolling ... now to get rid of the alert, I've paid for my licence :)
