scrolling locks up on my corodva based app using query mobile for ios

I have a an building on cordova and using query mobile for IOS and the screen scroll locks up often one i form page is submitted or even before the submit button is clickws. Once it locks up scrolling freezes on all pages unless i close and restart app

Is there a known problem and or solution to ensure auto scrolling remains active on every page
