Scrollview how do I use it and where do I find it?

Scrollview how do I use it and where do I find it?

Hi, I want to add a scroll-view to my page but do not know how to do so.  When I look at the example at  http://jquerymobile.com/test/experiments/scrollview/scrollview-direction.html it points to files I do not have or know the full URL.

Can anyone advise me on this as it looks as though using scrollview would be the best option for me.
